Winnipeg Budokai Shotokan Karate

Karate
is a
martial art using punching,
kicking, knee and
elbow strikes, and open-handed
techniques such as knife-hands and may include
grappling, locks, restraints, throws,
and
vital point strikes. Come and try
their FREE class anytime! Available Mondays &
Wednesdays 5:30pm–7pm (all belt levels) Also

première kendo club and one of Canada’s oldest
dojo practicing and promoting kendo in the heart
of the Japanese community in Winnipeg for over
40 years. The concept of Kendo is to discipline
the human character through the application of
the principles of the Katana (sword).
